They helped myself and my partner make a custom engagement ring from two antique pieces. We felt a part of the design process and they shared their expertise and kept us informed the whole way; we're very happy with the outcome.
We had an issue later down the line with the ring that wasn't their fault at all, they repaired it quickly and at a very fair price (even though it wasn't their fault!)
They've also done smaller repairs for us at very reasonable prices. They seem like a genuine, family owned business that really care for their customers, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. Would definitely recommend!”
